The Animetal (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.theanimetal.com website (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.
Cancel order/Change of mind
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days after receiving your item(s).
If you wish to cancel your order or changed your mind and do not want the item(s) any more, the must inform us about your decision (using online form or e-mail address email@example.com) and send the item(s) back within expiration of 14 days period of receiving your item(s).
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
How can I return my items?

All returns are at your own cost.
Please note: when returning your item(s) we need the following in the package to be able to process the refund quickly and efficiently:
- The returned item(s)
- Your order reference nume
It is very important you obtain a proof of postage when sending returns to us. Please note that the cost of postage for returning items to The Animetal is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed unless items are faulty.
Any returned products must be in the original undamaged packaging and should not have been used or damaged in any way. Unfortunately any returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded. The Animetal cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive at The Animetal and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been received by The Animetal.
We work hard to make sure all our goods are high quality, so we’re really sorry that there’s a fault in something you’ve bought from us.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the faulty goods.
In this case, please inform us of such occurrence as soon as possible (via email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us form on the web site) and send the faulty item(s) back to the address above. We will try and replace any faulty item(s) ASAP. If it will not be possible – a refund will be issued.
Returns of faulty goods are reimbursed by us.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorise your payment provider to release the money back into your account. How long your payment provider takes to release the money will depend on their own terms and conditions.
Purchases made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
